Rule 6
Suspension or cancellation of Air Service Operating Certificates and Permits
:
(1) If the air service operating organization that has received a permit and certificate in accordance with Rule 4 does not comply with the prevailing laws related to non-military air flights, the provisions mentioned in this regulation, the annex and the manual, and the conditions mentioned at the time of granting the air service operating permit and certificate, or such provisions and conditions, while operating the air service. In case of doing the opposite, the director general may order the suspension or cancellation of the air service operation permit and certificate granted to such air service operating organization for a maximum period of 6 months.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the order to suspend or cancel the air service operating permit and certificate of an air service operating organization shall also be given to the licensing and organization registration office.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), before taking the order to suspend or cancel the air service operating permit and certificate, such air service operating organization shall be given a reasonable opportunity to present its explanation.
